Hearts on nails are one of those things that should be so easy in theory. On paper they take a matter of seconds and we have been able to do them since elementary school or younger with proficiency, some more than others as with anything. The thing about nails is that they are not necessarily a flat smooth surface in all cases where we can easily draw to our "hearts" content, nor are we simply applying them with a pencil or crayon.
This tutorial will hopefully make hearts one of the easiest things you do on nails from now on, right up there with swipes and dot flowers. Once you master hearts you can turn them into clovers, and fancy flower petals as well, so give them a go and try them in different ways. Think of this tutorial as a foundation and use it to build on by evolving the look, color and textures with your own style.
